I really love most of Hayden James' discography. But this Odesza remix has to be one of the best things I've heard.
I rarely like remixes of songs because I tend to love the original more. I despise listening to a song that sounds relatively familiar yet different because of the other artist mixed it to make it their own. This remix is one of the very few exceptions where I like the remix more than the original.
Hayden James, I apologize!!! But Odesza's remix is worlds better. While Hayden James' original sounds flirty and playful, Odesza's remix makes it sound so inspiring and full of infatuation. The piano in it is so beautiful. The vocals compliments the song well because it doesn't overpower the song.
To me, I think that this remix captures what it feels like to be in love. Listening to this song makes me feel light, like sunlight kissing my skin with warmth, a cool breeze brushing along my body making me feel like I'm flying, my chest is full of excitement about to burst.
