Just going to preface that I know that Chris Brown is a horrible person and I don't consume his music. There's just a few songs of his that I enjoyed over a decade ago and I don't plan on consuming anymore of his music.
This song came out March 2011. I was 12 turning 13 and I was transitioning from elementary school to high school. I would spent a lot of time with my sister and our friend and we'd go out and do things like going on long bike rides at night and roll car tires down hills. Hooligan activities. This song was popular that time and it's nice listening to it because it reminds me of how care-free we were.
I actually really do like Benny and Alle Benassi's production of the song. But now that I'm listening to this song in 2025 and the fact that I have such disdain for Chris Brown, his vocals really suck and don't do the song justice. Could really do without him.
I don't listen to this song on a regular basis. Actually, I haven't listened to this song in years. Sadly it's attached to this horrible person. It's actually wild that he's still selling out shows today. Anyway, I enjoyed the song as a kid and I get nostalgic when I listen to it.
